Registration

• Deadline for registrations : 9 June
• Payment deadline: 23 June (credit card and bank transfer) and 9 June (order form)

Important: the registration fees indicated in the table are partly registration costs (100 €) and partly costs related to the services necessary for the organisation of the conference (catering, coffee breaks, ...).  For technical reasons, the above costs will be indicated separately on the registration form with 100 € (registration fee) and the remainder as mandatory costs.

The AUTOMATA gala (on the evening of 1 July 2025) is optional. When registering, you can decide whether to attend (cost €45).
